As a not-for-profit organisation of the Uniting Church in Australia we continue the Church’s long history of providing care to older people.

We offer a full range of services including: residential aged care, community care programs including: day therapy, planned activity groups, respite care and community aged care packages.  We also offer retirement living unit accommodation.

Uniting Aged Care is located throughout metropolitan Melbourne, Geelong, Bendigo and across northern and southern Tasmania.

All Uniting Aged Care facilities are fully accredited by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency.

Our experienced staff provide quality and compassionate care.  We provide a range of care options best suited to the individual needs and preferences of residents and welcome assistance from residents and their family members in the development of individual care plans.
